Gastronomía local
Greek gastronomy is a celebration of simplicity and quality of the product. Based on the 'Mediterranean triad' - olive oil, wheat and wine - it is a fresh, healthy cuisine full of flavour. Fresh vegetables, legumes, cheeses, yogurt and fish are the stars of a diet that is much more than moussaka and souvlaki.
