Days 1–2

Tirana

Blloku, Skanderbeg, Bunk’Art or Pyramid lite, coffee and market. Don’t treat Tirana as a fly-through night — it deserves a full day.

  • Base near Blloku or centre — nightlife and easy taxis.
Days 3–4

Berat

City of a thousand windows: castle, Mangalem/Gorica, sunset over the Osum. One deep day > express bus photo.

  • Stay one night — Berat morning and night are completely different.
Days 5–7

Riviera

Himara or Dhermi as base; beach + one Llogara or Butrint/Saranda lite day. Return to Tirana last day if flying from there.

  • Pick one coastal base — not three villages in three nights.

Practical

Getting around

Intercity vans/buses; rental car speeds up Riviera. Llogara: curves — don’t drive tired.

Tirana: Blloku · Berat: Mangalem · Riviera: Himara/Dhermi (not only packed Ksamil).

Cash & pace

Lek cash outside big cities; book beach in summer. Don’t underestimate road times.
