Trinidad or Viñales

Trinidad: colonial squares + Valley of the Sugar Mills lite. Viñales: mogotes, tobacco, cave or viewpoint. One hub only.

  • Viazul or private colectivo: book the seat — transfers stretch the day.
Days 7–8

Beach lite & departure

Ancón beach from Trinidad, or back to Havana + a Varadero/Playas del Este day only if it fits. Margin for the international.

  • Cash and connectivity: plan offline maps and usable currency.
