Days 1–3Viti Levu (arrival + culture)
Nadi or Coral Coast: soft jet lag, market, village or Sleeping Giant garden lite. One culture day > resort pool only.
- If you want Suva, do a day trip from the coast — don’t change hotels three times.
Days 4–9Yasawa or Mamanuca
Pick one chain: Mamanuca (shorter, easy snorkel) or Yasawa (more remote). One or two resort bases — no daily hop.
- Snorkel/dive with a serious operator; reef-safe sunscreen. Bula and respect on village visits.
Day 10Back to Nadi
Ferry/catamaran with flight margin. Weather buffer — don’t book the last ferry of the day for a night flight.
- One buffer night near the airport if the ferry is unpredictable.

Getting around
Ferry/catamaran to islands; taxis and transfers on Viti Levu. Domestic flights only if changing arcs (usually unnecessary in 10 days).
Where to stay
Viti Levu: Coral Coast or Denarau lite · Islands: 1–2 resorts/bungalows · Nadi buffer at end.
Reef & weather
Don’t touch coral; reef-safe sunscreen. In cyclone season, flexible plans and cancelable insurance.
