In 8 days: Tbilisi (3–4) + Kakheti (1–2) + Kazbegi (2). Don’t stack Batumi + Svaneti + Vardzia + Tbilisi — you’ll lose the trip to roads.

Days 1–3

Tbilisi

Old town (Abano, Narikala, Meidan), Sololaki or Vera at night, one sulphur bath and one neighbourhood-only day. Khinkali and wine with judgment.

Days 4–5

Kakheti (wine)

Telavi or Sighnaghi: qvevri, monasteries (Alaverdi/Bodbe) and one long meal. Day trip from Tbilisi or 1 night at a winery/village.

Days 6–8

Kazbegi / Stepantsminda

Military Highway (Ananuri, Gudauri lite), Gergeti Trinity and one air day. Return to Tbilisi last day if evening/morning flight.
