Athens (2–3 nights) + one main island + optional nearby second. Santorini is gorgeous and pricey; Naxos or Paros give more beach and calm. Crete needs almost your whole island budget.

  • Don’t do Acropolis + 3 museums the same day.
Days 4–7

Island A

Santorini (views) or Naxos (beach + villages). Sleep 3–4 nights.

  • Ferry from Piraeus: reserve seats in summer.
Days 8–10

Island B or Athens

Nearby second island (Paros/Milos) or Athens buffer if you fly out there.

  • Crete variant: replace islands A+B with Heraklion/Chania (almost the whole block).
